Philippine Computer College accepts students for high school and college who meet her academic requirements and standards.
Below are her admission requirements.
Credentials for Admission
A. For freshmen/New students: (College)
- Form 138B or High School Report Card with a GPA of 80% or Better College: High School Report Card for incoming College freshmen High School: Grade six Report Card for incoming HS freshmen passed the Entrance Examination Require GPA
- Birth Certificate (photo copy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from last school attended
B For Freshmen /New Students (High school)
- Form 138A or Elementary School Report Card with a GPA of 80% or better pass the Entrance Examination
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from last school attended
- Birth Certificate (Photo Copy)
- For Old Students should be accepted to enroll in the next higher level
- If they had no third degree violation of any rule or regulations as stated in
the student handbook.
C. For transferees
- Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Eligibility of transfer
- Copy of Transcript of Records for evaluation (for College)/ Report card (for HS)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- As issued by the Authorized official of the School last attended or the parish priest /Pastor of his permanent residential address.
D. Temporary Enrollment / Late Enrollment
Temporary enrollment maybe allowed on a case to case basis subject to the approval of the Registrar in consultation to the dean of Academic affair.
A student thus enrolled shall be required to sign a waiver and undertake to comply with the required transfer credential within a specific period. Failure to comply the requirements will not entitle him to any credit of the subjects enrolled in any payment made therefore shall be forfeited in favor of the school.
Penalties are charged to late enrollees.
E. Withdrawals:
Full payment is required of any one who is enrolled yet eventually decided to withdraw within the semester or school year.
For those who enrolled and withdraw before the first day of classes is entitled to a percentage refund of 50%/25 % of the entrance fee based from the enrollment-withdrawal duration.
No refund of entrance fees is made on later withdrawals.
SCHOLARSHIPS
The school allows admission to students enjoying educational benefits by grants or contractual arrangements.
For College
A. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Scholarship for technical courses in HRM and CHT.
Applications for this benefits shall be fields a TESDA Provincial office.
B. Private Education Students financial Assistance Program(PESFA)
This financial assistance is governed by R.A6728.Applications for this benefits shall be also field with TESDA Provincial Office.
C. Institutional Barangay Scholars
a. The school’s philantrophic academic service to every Barangay of Maramag,Bukidnon.
Applications shall be filed with the Barangay Captain or by latter’s designated authority. To slots are reserved for every barangay.
