Support Options:
There are three ways you can get support from PC Assist:
- At PC Assist You can drop your computer off at PC Assist and we will work on it here. You will only need to bring the tower or laptop and power adapter.
- At Home PC Assist can come to your home and work on your computers instead of you bringing them to PC Assist.
- Remote Access PC Assist can connect to your computer remotely and control it through the internet.
Guarantee:
All computer service is guaranteed trouble free for a period of 14 or 30 days.
Guarantees do not cover, physical damage by the end user, errors caused by the end user, or unrelated software/hardware problems.
Guarantees do cover, software issues from PC Assist installed programs, hardware issues from PC Assist installed hardware, and other issues that arise due to services by PC Assist. The end user may ask questions for free that relate to the service during the guarantee.
14 Day Guarantee:
Standard guarantee for all services and repairs.
30 Day Guarantee:
Extended guarantee for new operating system installations, hardware installations, and other large computer repairs/changes.
Payment:
All payments must be paid in full at the time of service. Methods of payment are cash or check. All checks must be written out to Kevin Schmiedlin. If the computer was serviced at PC Assist, the user will not be allowed to take the system until full payment has been made.
