Not only does the Psalmist  ~keep~ God's precepts/commandments... he does it with his ~whole heart~!
That means David keeps the commandments  ~Perfectly~. No sin!
So much for the false doctrine of those who say they -can't- keep the law, or they can't keep it "perfectly".... and their heart is still deceitful... probably because it ~is~ still deceitful because they're still lost!

How much clearer and plainer can language get folks? Here David plainly says he keeps God’s laws and he does so with ALL of his heart. That means there is not any part of his heart that is not involved in keeping God’s laws. How in the world does the puritanical false doctrine of indwelling sin that says the heart remains in rebellion against God all its days deal with a verse like this?
