Cherubims...  

   There are upwards of 64 verses in the OT where the KJV mangles the Hebrew on this word. The word 'Cherubims' is supposed to convey the idea of plurality. Apparently the KJV translators were ignorant of Hebrew grammar for in Hebrew, to form a plural the suffix -im  is appended to a noun. Like in English we add "s" to make pluralS. In Hebrew you add -im. So the correct transliteration for the plural of the Hebrew word  "chrub" is.. 'cherubIM';  No "s". Chrubs is also OK which some have. Obviously the KJV translators either did not know basic Hebrew grammar or else they were extremely sloppy in translating the Hebrew plural for Cherub.  And KJOites tell us that the KJV is the one true Inspired version of the Bible. Ri-i-i-i-ght!
