The Greek word for "do" or more accurately, "practice" is Prasso; Strong's #4238.  It is in the form of a Present Active Participle. Literally it may be rendered; "...they who -are practicing-  such things...". Those who are committing sin -continually-, over & over again. The YLT is a good rendering & the LITV is most precise, both reflecting the Present Participle form of the verb Prasso.

Paul says in plain, clear, easy-to-understand language... Greek or English, that people who -Practice- sin will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God. This can only mean that such people are still lost in their sin. They are still unregenerate. This applies to -anybody- who makes a -Practice-  of sin including religious people who read the Bible, go to church and say they believe in Jesus! Now... if you go over to Romans 7 verses 15 & 19  you will see that the verses plainly say that the man Paul  was describing was  -Practicing-  sin. There Paul uses the Exact Same Greek word; Prasso.  That can  -Only-  mean that Paul was describing a person who will NOT inherit the Kingdom of God, according to Galatians 5:21.  And that can -Only- mean that Paul was describing an Unregenerate person who is still lost in his sin in Romans 7. Otherwise you have the Apostle Paul contradicting himself... -Under the Power of the Holy Spirit- and that cannot be!

Therefore people who maintain that Romans 7:14ff is describing a regenerate man who is still "struggling with his remaining corruption or indwelling sin" are in denial of the Christian Doctrine of Sanctification. They are denying the Scriptures and making the Apostle Paul contradict himself.
