The Four Rivers Chapter would like to congratulate former NE-4C Section Chief Patrick Rooney on his election as Northeast Region Chief.

The Four Rivers Chapter Winter Fellowship will be February 22-24 at Camp Woodlawn on Riva Road in Annapolis. See you there!!
