The 2008 Lodge Officers have been chosen by the members of Nentico Lodge 12 at the annual Fall Fellowship, following the guidelines as set by the National Order of the Arrow Committee and the Executive Committee of Nentico Lodge 12:

• Only those members under the age of 21 may vote
• Only a member in good standing with the Lodge may vote
• All candidates must remain under the age of 21 for the entirety of their term
• A petition with the signatures of 30 eligible voters must be submitted to the Lodge Advisor before the election
• All candidates must be nominated by a member in good standing with the Lodge
• All candidates must have 51% of the vote to be elected into the office of which they ran
