How do you become a Brotherhood member?

• Be an Ordeal member for 10 months
• Further your knowledge of the OA
• Must be a member in good standing
• Study the Brotherhood Study Sheet
• Write a letter to your Chapter Chief about what the OA means to you

Why should I get Brotherhood?

• To further your knowledge of the customs and traditions of the Order of the Arrow and W.W.W.
• In order for the Chapter to achieve Merit, Quality, or Honor Chapter, it must achieve a 30%, 33%, or 35% Brotherhood conversion percentage. Every Ordeal member who converts helps out our percentage.
• Nentico Lodge Strives every year to achieve the status of Quality Lodge. One of the requirements for Quality Lodge is that the Lodge must have a 30% Brotherhood conversion.
• Every member and his devotion to the high ideals and purposes of the OA makes the difference. With your help, we can all achieve the goal of Quality Lodge and Chapter.
